Thanks for pointing out that concrete, slate, and clay tiles will last significantly longer if you are looking for roofing materials that can last. This is something that I will remember because I am planning to shop for new roofing materials. My house is going to be renovated, and I want our 35-year old and damaged roof to be replaced by cost-effective materials.
